ABOUT THE SHOW
Joan has been hired to stabilize Jojomon, a yoga apparel giant, after its CEO is brought down by a fat-shaming scandal. But just as she finds her stride, more trouble surfaces and sales plummet. Joan comes up with a plan so risky that it could make or break the company and her career—and what it requires from her CFO, Raj, is far beyond the call of duty. This sharp comedy shows that the business of wellness is a high contact sport. Enlightenment sold separately.

RAJ – Male presenting, mid-thirties, South-Asian, American. This character has scenes with on-stage intimacy (kissing)

JOAN – Female presenting, early 50s to mid 60s, white, American
ACTOR 1: Male presenting, white, 40s-50s. Will require the ability to perform in different accents, specifically British (BBC-esque) and a north Indian accent. This actor plays:
- JOHN DALE – Founder of Jojomon, fifties, like an aging rock star
- ALAN CARR – BBC News reporter, a bit nasal, classic BBC cadence
- GURUJI – early forties/fifties
ACTOR 2: Female presenting, 20s to 30s. Latina/Asian/Other (not South-Asian). This actor (as Romola) has scenes with on-stage intimacy (kissing). Advanced Yoga skills/training strongly preferred. Audition sides only include 3 of the 4 characters. This actor plays:
- ROMOLA – Yoga instructor, runs a studio, 20s-30s, American
- LUCY – Jojomon employee, highly-educated, American
- NOOYI – Joan’s secretary, over-keen, American. Only heard over intercom.
- LAUREN LILLY CLARK ROSE** – Jojomon brand ambassador, American
AUDITIONS
AUDITIONS – All auditions will be completed via self-tape using the sides provided. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2025 (Happy New Year!)
CALLBACKS – In-person callbacks will be held Thursday, January 8, 7-10 pm at Northlake Lutheran Church in Kenmore, and possibly Saturday, January 10, 11-2 pm. All submissions will be notified of callback status.
